What Type of Roof Do You Have?
Asphalt Shingles
Asphalt Shingles are the most common roofing material in the U.S. They offer up many colors and styles.
While asphalt shingles can last up to 50 years, over time they lose their ability to effectively protect your home.
Monsoon rains especially can erode the fiberglass fibers, resulting in a leaky roof.
Metal Roofs
Metal Roofs are less common in Arizona. While metal roofs have a higher upfront cost, they require less maintenance and less cost to maintain it in the long run.
They’re more energy efficient, fire resistant, and have a longer lifespan than traditional asphalt shingle roofs.
Tile Roofs
Tile Roofs are very common in Arizona and throughout the Southwest. We’re proud to offer re-roofing, maintenance, and new tile installation services to Northern Arizona. Tiles can come in a variety of colors, shapes, and materials. It’s important to note that while concrete and clay tiles can last 40-50 years, the waterproof underlayment must be replaced much sooner.
